Version History

This section includes information about the latest version updates.

Version 2.10

A new module, Inventory Control, has been added. This module makes it very easy to keep the thread cone inventory record up to date. This is as simple as making an initial upload of the number of cones of each color code (the codes defined as favorites are those that will be managed), and then the corresponding movements can be recorded, adding more cones when a purchase is made and subtracting cones when they are passed to production. The number of threads will always be updated, and it is extremely easy to create shopping lists automatically or according to any criteria.

New thread lines have been incorporated, and we will continue to incorporate other lines in the near future.

Version 1.30

Several features from the previous version have been improved. In the "Find Color Codes" module, users can now choose the color code between the closest color found by the application and the 5 nearest colors. Additionally, starting with this version, selected colors will persist between sessions (when exiting and re-entering the application).

A new module, "Color Code Conversion", has been added. This module makes it easy to convert any color code from one thread line to find the 5 closest matches in a different thread line. It also allows converting all the codes from one thread line to their corresponding thread codes in a single operation.

More than 30 thread lines have been added, and we will continue adding more periodically until all thread lines are available.

Version 1.20

Users can define favorite (color) codes. The purpose of this feature is for users to select which color codes they use or plan to use (even if they do not correspond to a single thread line), and the application searches for matches between the chosen colors and the list of selected (favorite) colors. It also offers a very quick way to view or show exclusively the available thread color codes (in inventory).

Version 1.10

In addition to the functions for finding thread codes, you can now convert color codes between different thread lines. Users can view a color code in any of the available thread lines and then find the closest match among the thread lines they use.

In a future version, we will separate these functions from the Find color codes module to extend the functionality with additional features.

Version 1.01

Users can add new personal thread lines, which is especially useful if a line is not yet included in the system library until that happens.

Instructions have also been added for requesting the incorporation of other thread lines, avoiding the need for the user to do so.

Version 1.00

This is the first version of this product. This product was inspired by a service provided many years ago by the PlanetEmbroidery website, back when smartphones did not yet exist. Undoubtedly, this service is much more practical and productive as a tool that you can always have at hand, rather than functioning on a website.

This software version enables users to find the thread color code from specific preselected thread lines that most closely match a chosen color. The color can be selected using the phone's camera, from an image, a color palette, or another thread line.

Users can preselect the thread lines they use most frequently, ensuring that the identified color code belongs to one of those lines. The application includes a wide range of thread lines available in the market.
